Multi-Purpose Meat Balls
Generic Meatballs that can be used in multiple cuisines!
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 large eggs lightly beaten
- 1/2 small onion minced
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1/3 cup fresh parsley chopped
- Kosher salt
- Fresh ground pepper
Preheat the oven to 450F. Line two baking sheets with foil.
Combine all the ingredients into a large bowl, seasoning with salt and pepper. Mix well and roll into about 30 1-1/2in balls. Place all the meatballs on the baking sheets.
Bake the meatballs for 12-15 minutes or until done.
